While we take great care in our work, Keys Matter Locksmith is not responsible for damage resulting from existing defects, misuse of locks, or customer-provided parts.

4. Appointments & Cancellations
Cancellations should be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled service. Missed appointments may incur a service fee.
